As the first resource to support development,talent is the basis of a rich country and a major country.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee: "Development is the first priority,talent is the primary resource,and innovation is the primary motivation," highlighting the importance of talent.With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,optimizing the structure of talents,accelerating the cultivation of innovative talents and building a strong nation with talents have become imperative.The newly released "National Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan Just" clearly puts forward the need to speed up the cultivation of compound innovative talents and create a number of top talents in the new era.Among them,the scientific talent cultivation model is the key to training outstanding talents.As a typical ethnic college,Northwest University for Nationalities not only shoulders the responsibility of cultivating excellent talents of ethnic minorities,but also plays a role in cultivating innovative talents,improving the quality of talents training,and promoting economic and social development in ethnic minority regions.In recent years,Northwest University for Nationalities has continuously combined the requirements of the development of the times,innovated the training mode,reformed the talent cultivation system,and achieved good economic and social benefits.The study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research.First,consult relevant literature and literature,and sort out related concepts such as the talent training model,bilingual education in the people's and Chinese,compound talents,and bilingual and Chinese bilingual science training models.The characteristics of bilingual talents in Tibetan-Chinese bilingual science are clarified,and the positioning of bilingual talents in bilingual science is clearly defined,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the research.Then taking the training model of bilingual science students of Tibetan and Chinese in Northwest Nationalities University as an example,the current situation of personnel training and the gap between the demand for science talents and ethnic areas are analyzed.The study found that: the training model of bilingual science in Tibetan and Chinese at Northwest National University of China has a poor effect on the training of talents;the establishment of bilingual science majors and curriculum setting are unreasonable;the teaching methods and professional level of teachers need to be improved and the teaching evaluation methods are single.Based on the above issues,it proposes thatsocial development needs be taken as the training goal,and the integration of various disciplines should be promoted to highlight the characteristics of textbooks,rational career planning,innovative teaching methods and teaching methods,and perfect teaching evaluation methods.
