Ethnic minorities are the important members of China and the ethnic minorities’ education is the great part of China. In order to make development to the ethnic minorities, many scholars have been doing all along by their great efforts, including a study of a bilingual which has been the importance research of ethnic minorities’ education. Bilingual education for minority students learning convenience is clear, so now all over the Tibetan are actively promoting the implement of bilingual teaching. For those who have been living in the Tibetan language environment of Tibetan students, bilingual teaching is the most easy to acquire the knowledge of teaching. Under this mode of education has turned out many talents of Tibetan language and literature. At the same time, we should pay attention to in this mode of teaching seldom cultivate outstanding talents of science. One of the reasons is in Universities for Nationalities the training of bilingual science talent’s ability is limited. But the most important reason is that now the level of national science foundation teaching is not good. Without a good foundation for any professional training are unable to proceed. The Tibetan middle school science performance compared with Han students is generally low. Through the questionnaire survey, analyze Physics textbooks, Physics teachers and students situation of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture first national senior high school.Found the following problem:1. The teaching of translation was complicated, lack of teaching materials; teaching values are divorced from student lives.2. The teachers’ professional knowledge, excellent bilingual ability is not good.3. Students not interested in learning physics and students Lack confidence in learning physics.Put forward the following Suggestions:1. Cultivate more professional compiling; Let the students and teachers to participate in the process of compiling the teaching content.2. Make more the communication between all teachers and the mainland schools, Open language training on campus.3. Teachers need encourage students to enhance students’ confidence and enrich the teaching methods to renew the student’s interest.This paper’s main content is divided into four parts:1. The research background, research methods, the domestic and foreign researches on Bilingual education.2. Analyze Physics textbooks, Physics teachers and students situation of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture first national senior high school.3. According to the survey Found a number of issues and put forward a few opinions.4. Physics teaching and research conclusions in Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture; the significance of implementing Bilingual Education in Tibetan area; the significance of implementing science Bilingual Education in Tibetan area.Students in the middle school have a good basic education and then in Colleges are to cultivate good professional, it may become an excellent science talent. Bilingual science education development needs in different stages of the teachers and the professional scholar joint efforts to get good results.
