Ethnic minority university students are excellent representatives of our nation.They are the new forces to maintain harmony and stability in ethnic areas and promote sustainable development.As a more special group in Colleges and universities,there are some differences between ethnic minority college students and non ethnic minority students in their ideas,economic life and learning,and how the National Students' learning state and the training of the minority college students can meet the requirements of the school and related policies.It is worth studying in depth.Our country attaches great importance to and pays attention to national education.Most of the scholars have studied the minority college students from the level of school management or the teaching of a certain subject,and mainly for the qualitative research.The research on the quantitative analysis from the perspective of national students' learning state is not much.Starting from the perspective of ethnic minority students,this paper analyzes the connotation and extension of the concept of learning state.By quantifying the concept of learning state,it is quantified and measured to understand the differences in the learning state of ethnic students in different backgrounds.However,the state of learning has a good state of learning and a little better than the non national students,but it is also in the teacher-student interaction and classroom teaching.Need to be strengthened,especially for ethnic oriented students.At the same time,the use of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the learning state of ethnic students is greatly influenced by "classroom teaching" and "prep learning","whether it is directed to birth","high school performance" and "personal ability".Among them,"classroom teaching" and "preparatory learning" have the greatest impact.The result of "family attitude" is that the more attention the family is,the worse the learning state of ethnic students is.In addition,"employment expectation" has no significant impact on the learning status of ethnic minority students,and has the least influence.In view of the above factors,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from many aspects,such as the focus of the research on ethnic education,the educational equity and the management system of the national students,the management mode of the preparatory stage,the classroom teaching,the directional unit and the educational administration,so as to strengthen the management of the education and teaching of the school ethnic students.The problem of learning disabilities of ethnic students can improve the quality of learning and enhance the efficiency of running schools.
