Analysis On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Cheerleading In Hunan Province

Cheerleading movement,originated in the United States,is a new sports project.It has been deeply loved by people which embodies the fashion health,the upward trend and the team cooperation.The promotion time has rapidly developed in all countries in the world.Cheerleading was introduced into China in 2000.It is in charge of the National Sports Bureau bungee Association and the Chinese college student Aerobics Gymnastics Association.Under the active advocacy and organization,it has shown great potential in front of the people,and is loved by the masses,especially the more than 200 million young students.In October 11,2014,Wang Dengfeng,vice chairman of the Chinese Football Association,director of the Department of education of the Ministry of education,went to Jiangyin,Jiangsu to investigate and observe the "one school,one ball and one exercise" in the city’s primary and secondary schools.It gave a high evaluation and affirmation to the national "Jiangyin model",and decided to carry out a large-scale promotion in the country.With the policy of "one school,one ball and one exercise" in the Ministry of education in2015,the training of Cheerleading talent is formally incorporated into the "national mechanism".The National Cheerleading training has sprung up and the cheerleading competition is developing rapidly.Thousands of people from only 6 race areas have rapidly developed to more than 20 races,and the scale and influence of the competition are becoming more and more large,such as the country.Cheerleading competition,cheerleading competition and cheerleading competition have attracted more and more attention and love.Now,there are more than 20 cheerleading demonstration areas and experimental bases in the country,and nearly 300 demonstrative window schools in cheerleading.This shows that cheerleading has quickly taken root in the campus.Cheerleading sports characteristics are more in line with primary school students to participate in,not only can enhance the physical quality of primary school students,but also can exercise the positive attitude towards learning life,training team cohesion.With the vigorous development of the national cheerleading movement,cheerleading in Hunan province in recent years the development of primary school campus is also relatively rapid.In recent years,the state sports commission and the Ministry of education have paid more and more attention to strengthening physical exercise and physical fitness of students.based on the poor health of teenagers in China,the Ministry of education has put forward the development goal of " one school,one product" in school sports.The characteristics of Cheerleading conforms to the participation of pupils,not only to enhance the physicalquality of primary school students,but also to exercise a positive attitude of learning and life for the pupils,and to train the cohesiveness of the team.With the booming development of Cheerleading in China,cheerleading has been developing rapidly in primary schools in Hunan Province in recent years.Taking the present situation and influencing factors of Hunan primary school cheerleading as the research object,24 cheerleading teachers and 720 students in 24 primary schools in Hunan province are taken as the investigation object,and the research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and factor analysis are carried out in a comprehensive and deep depth of the development of primary school cheerleading in Hunan province.Through the investigation and analysis,and through the statistical factor analysis,the main factors that affect the primary school cheerleading in Hunan province are obtained.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures are also put forward.The results are as follows:Hunan province elementary school cheerleading promotion form is mainly after-school training;In recent three years,the number of primary schools in Hunan province to participate in the national cheerleading league Changsha station increased year by year;Hunan province elementary school to cheerleading project is not enough attention,the hardware facilities are weak;Hunan province elementary school student to cheerleading sports overall cognition degree is not enough,the school to cheerleading propaganda strength needs to be strengthened;Primary school students in Hunan province know the main way to understand cheerleading is after-school training,followed by the network media;Hunan province elementary school cheerleading teachers gender imbalance,women accounted for the majority;The number of cheerleading professional teachers is insufficient;Cheerleading teacher’s academic structure is relatively reasonable,but the professional level is not high as a whole;Cheerleading teachers to participate in cheerleading training opportunities.There are 4 main factors and 19 indexes influencing the development of cheerleading in Hunan primary school.The four main factors were system factor,environment factor,human factor and social factor according to the contribution rate.The contribution rates were 30.01%、23.32%、18.96% and 9.58% respectively.Suggestions: Hunan primary schools should strengthen the investment of teachers and focus on curriculum construction;Primary schools in Hunan province should strengthen publicity and increase competition;Primary schools in Hunan province should strengthen the attention of school leaders and improve the training system;Primary schools in Hunan province should increase investment in the construction of venues and equipment.
