Study On The Team Cohesion And The Influencing Factors Of The University Cheerleading Team In Yunnan Province

In 2014,the strategy of " one school,one ball,one exercise " proposed by the Ministry of Education was rapidly popularized nationwide.Through government-led,social support and school implementation,the model has realized the integration of two sports into the campus,which provides an opportunity for the promotion and development of campus cheerleading.This is a project full of team spirit and collective spirit.Its characteristics require the cheerleading team to have super cohesion.This cohesion plays an extremely important role in a team.It is not only the cornerstone of teamwork,but also the fundamental guarantee for maintaining the long-term development of the team.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to strengthen the cohesion of the cheerleading team,which needs to be achieved through long-term systematic training and practice.Based on this,this study adopts literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,case study method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,using Ma Hongyu ’s ’sports group cohesion scale ’,to investigate the team cohesion level of cheerleading team in Yunnan Province in the four dimensions of group social attraction,group task attraction,group social consistency and group task consistency,and to study the influencing factors of team cohesion.The specific results are as follows:(1)The team cohesion of cheerleading in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province is above the medium level,and there is no significant difference in group social attraction and group task attraction between different genders(P > 0.05);there were significant differences between sports majors and non-sports majors only in group task attraction and group task consistency(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in different grades,different team sizes,and different number of entries(P < 0.05).(2)Determine the influencing factors of team cohesion.Using principal component analysis,according to the contribution rate of high and low order are team cooperation factor,coach factor,personal factor,external factor.(3)Further verify the relationship between team cohesion and the four influencing factors.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,it effectively reflects the correlation between team cohesion,coach factors,team cooperation factors,personal factors and external factors,and the four influencing factors have a positive impact on team cohesion.Based on the above conclusions,combined with the case study of Pu ’er College,which has a high level of cohesion in the cheerleading team of colleges and universities in Yunnan Province,this paper summarizes the experience of excellent teams,and puts forward targeted suggestions to improve the cohesion of the cheerleading team in colleges and universities.In order to improve the competitive level of the cheerleading team,it provides a reasonable reference.
