The beginning teacher's professional development in the early stage of the occupation occupies an important position in the career of teachers.At present,with the accelerating process of city and the rapid rise of the new schools in our district,the group of beginning teachers continues to expand.The structure of the teacher team in many school is not conducive to the beginning teachers' professional development,seriously hindered the improvement of teaching quality.As a kind of teaching and research mode to promote resource sharing,mutual exchange and common development,regional teaching and research plays an important role in Teachers' professional development.According to the literature search,it is found that there are many approaches to the professional development of beginning teachers based on school-based training at present in China,but there is little practice based on regional teaching and research.Foreign research has put forward specific evaluation indexes for the professional development of beginning teachers,but the strategies and specific methods for promoting the specialization of beginning teachers based on regionalization teaching and research are few.At present,there are some problems in regional teaching and research which aimed at the professionalization of beginning teachers,such as lack of pertinence in teaching and research activities,simplistic teaching and research methods and lack of objective management.However,regional teaching and research still plays an important role in promoting the professional growth of beginning teachers because of the academic and group advantages relative to school-based research.Based on the investigation and research on the needs of beginning teachers,we decide the research goal is to explore and perfect the regionalization teaching strategy to promote the professional development of beginning teachers based on the beginning teachers' professional development needs.We study Stratified teaching and research strategy,cooperative teaching and research strategy and standard management strategy of the beginning teacher's professional development through interviews with beginning teachers,team building,action research and other methods.Through the study,it is found that,first of all,The stratified teaching and research strategy promotes the beginning teachers to become the main body of the planned professional development.In addition,the regional research selected the base schools in which beginning teachers,experienced teachers and expert teachers coexist to establish a professional development community to focus on tracking and support.In the professional development community,we carry out classroom observation activities.Classroom observation in the form of beginning teachers is observed to promote the growth of beginning teachers.At the same time,the development of the beginning teachers in the region is driven by the way of the base school moving around in the district.The strategy of team development makes the role of beginning teachers quickly socialized,enlarges the vision of beginning teachers,and improves the starting point of beginning teachers' professional development.Furthermore,establish a new evaluation reference standard for teachers' professional growth,and regulate the beginning teachers' professional development evaluation program.Make the teachers have new vision established at the beginning of the entry,growing up with feedback.Guarantee teachers' professional development has been rapid development,scientific development,and sustainable development.The three strategies have their disadvantages,just as they have their own advantages.Stratified teaching and research strategy makes it difficult for the beginning teachers to learn and improve together because they have too similar work experience and professional development needs.If there is no perfect planning and the support of excellent teaching and research resources,the effect of teaching and research will be discounted.Cooperative teaching and research strategy takes up a lot of beginning teachers' spare time and brings some pressure to the teachers' work and life.Standard management strategy requires a lot of team's attention,especially the attention of school culture.And the beginning teacher's minority group status in the school teacher troop also causes the school to neglect their growth management.In addition,a standardized management will likely influence the enthusiasm of the beginning teachers' professional development.In view of the shortcomings of the strategies,the regional teaching and research should be based on the practice of teachers and schools,and play their own advantages to promote the combination of the three strategies to improve the professional development of the beginning teachers.
