In the context of the revitalization of rural education,rural teachers should better adapt to the needs of the development of teachers in the new era,so they must strive to improve their professional quality and improve their professional growth continuously.In the future,the backbone of rural teachers is the primary teachers in rural areas,and the quality of education in the future is closely related to the professional growth level of rural teachers.However,from the perspective of existing research,the research on teacher professional growth is in large quantity,but the attention to rural teachers,especially the beginning teachers in rural area,is relatively lack of researching.This study with reference to the teachers' professional standard(trial)in the professional concept,professional knowledge,professional ability of the three dimensions of teacher put forward specific requirements,selection of Fujian Zhangzhou X area as a case,through the analysis of the methods of survey and interview to find the current situation of teachers' professional development,to explore the difficulties in professional development,and then,to analyze from the aspects of internal and external factors affecting their professional growth.Through the induction period of 1 year,2 years,3 years,four and five years of rural teachers to be appointed to the single factor analysis of variance,found that rural teachers to be appointed on the professional concept and professional knowledge and there was no significant difference,but significant difference in terms of professional ability.Internal poor professional quality is not high and the external environment is a country of beginning teachers' professional growth,the two aspects of internal professional quality is not high mainly for: career development motivation is not strong,lack of professional knowledge,professional ability,lack of teachers' growth theory,lack self-reflection ability,autonomous professional development planning and become a mere formality.The disadvantages of external environment mainly include: teaching task weight,new teaching mode to be optimized,training pertinence and effectiveness to be strengthened.On this basis,analyzed the process and the orientation of teachers' professional development and the characteristics of independent growth of teachers in rural areas.Finally,from the perspective of teacher autonomy development and the external environment support puts forward the strategies to promote the autonomous development of rural teachers.
