According to the new curriculum standards,middle school physics class should be based on students' lifelong development,in order to improve the scientific literacy of all students as the goal.Promoting the method of teaching into diversification and concerning about the development of science and technology.Make the students' learning progress from life to physics,from physics to society.Physics,however,is the most difficult part of junior middle school stage,often makes students feel confused."Physics is difficult" is deeply imprints on the students' mind,making quite a number of students feel under great psychological pressure.Coupled with their weak knowledge base,the undeserved learning method,and their expecting too much of themselves,it's hard to avoid the produce of boredom and anxiety.If this learning anxiety can't be eliminated as soon as possible,it will be bound to the future's learning,even can affect mental health,if we just let it go.Therefore many educators are very concerned about this issue and try to solve the students' psychological anxiety.This article first analyses some domestic and foreign literature.Under the situation of fully understands the problems of learning anxiety from domestic and foreign research,and on the basis of the research overview,this paper discusses the concept,the characteristics of learning anxiety and the influence that middle school students' psychological characteristics have on physical learning.And expounding the influence of the constructivism learning theory,the learning theory of operant conditioning and the self-efficacy theory have to the teaching practice and the autonomous learning of students.Secondly,in order to understand the physical learning anxiety condition and the sources of learning anxiety of junior middle school students,the author adopts education practice.In the way of questionnaire,interview and conversation,the author investigated the Dalian Lushun development zone experimental middle school's 125 students and analyses the reason that physical learning anxiety comes from.Thirdly,based on the students' physical learning anxiety and the source of anxiety,the author puts forward the solutions of students' learning anxiety from two aspects: school and family.Finally,this paper expounds the author's proposed solutions from September 2017 to January 2018 in education during the internship,including the application of the implementation to reduce students' learning pressure and how to reduce the learning anxiety of specific education teaching practice.Through the performance comparison,observes class' s mental outlook changes and psychological changes to effect analysis.The author hopes that the research can promote the work of physics teachers,and pay attention tostudents' learning anxiety at the same time,focus on the development of students' physical and mental health.
