The basic education curriculum reform carried out in 2001 proposed the establishment of a national,local and school curriculum system to meet the needs of basic education development in various parts of the country.From then on,the school-level geographical“school-based curriculum” began its vigorous construction and development.With the rapid development of society,new energy,new materials,and new technologies have been widely infiltrated into life.Bringing chemistry to life,strengthening the connection with life,and allowing students to study chemistry in real problem situations are the new requirements that the development of the times has brought to chemistry teaching.The "Standards for Ordinary Senior High School Chemistry Curriculum" promulgated in 2017 clearly puts forward STSE(Science,Technology,Social and Environmental)teaching content that embodies the characteristics of the new era in chemistry teaching.The return of chemistry to life,through students' personal experience of the relationship between chemical knowledge and the actual life,helps to stimulate the interest in learning chemistry,and fosters innovative and practical of knowledge,as well as a sense of responsibility and values.Therefore,the establishment of the school-based curriculum "Chemistry in Life" based on STSE has certain theoretical and practical significance.This thesis is mainly composed of the following five parts:Part one expounds the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the topic,and the research methods involved in this paper.Part two is the introduction of literature review and related concepts.The author summarizes the concept of STSE education,school-based curriculum,domestic and foreign research,development and application of school-based curriculum,and lays the theoretical foundation for this article.Through reviewing the literature,the author finds that in more than ten years,the school-based curriculum has achieved rich results in the forms,implementation,and content construction.With the deepening of reforms and education development,new requirements have been put forward for school-based curriculum,and an instruction based on STSE has been established.The actual school-based curriculum is of practical application and case significance.Part three and Part four are the main body of this thesis,which mainly discusses the school-based curriculum setting of "Chemistry in Life" and summarizes the development process of school-based curriculum.The author relies on the school's own teaching resourcesand the geographical features of the region where it is located.It is guided by the STSE,excavating course materials,selecting teaching content,designing lesson plans,and conceiving teaching methods and methods.This course is a science curriculum,and its teaching style is flexible and it adopts a cooperative learning model.The paper selected the pollution problem of the local sea cucumber circle and the brewing process of liquor as a case.In the case,it organically integrated the STSE education concept,guided students to use the knowledge they learned to analyze and solve practical problems,improve students' inquiry ability and cooperative learning ability,and enhance students' Social responsibility.After practicing in a practice school,feedback evaluations were conducted from the perspective of teachers and students.Part five is conclusion and suggestions.It is the author's in-depth reflection after the implementation of the curriculum,and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions.I hope this thesis can provide reference for the school-based curriculum development and implementation.
