Middle School Students' Online Homework Result Data Association Rules Analysis And Learning Quality Diagnosis Research

The big data age has strongly promoted the great change of people's work,life and thinking mode.In the field of education,big data also promote the development of educational informationization.With the rapid development of information technology,all kinds of online work platforms are welcomed by primary and middle school students,and their individualized learning result,presentation and rich learning resources can not only improve the effect on student learning but also reduced the burden on students' work,and also produce a lot of structured,unstructured and semi-structured data.By collecting all kinds of behavior,process and result data of students' learning and with the help of Data mining technology,we can realize the excavation and modeling of students' learning process and result data,diagnose the quality of students' learning,construct individualized education environment,probe into the regularity of educational development,and provide strong support for scientific decision-making.On the basis of reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad,the paper defines the core concepts of online work,work results,learning results,knowledge points and learning quality.In the process of combing the status of online work system and the research status of online work result data modeling and learning quality diagnosis,the paper summaries the development trend and insufficiency of the research on online work data modeling and learning quality diagnosis at home and abroad.Based on the basic process of Data mining and the level of data analysis,this paper determines the basic process of Data mining and acquisition in research,and needs to collect data items and data analysis targets.The data acquisition platform is built based on x API technology,and the modeling result data is collected and stored in the LRS library.Based on the data of students' online work results,the paper uses "collaborative filtering algorithm based on user" to model the results of students' scores in different knowledge points,based on the theory of the classification of education goals and the classification theory of the learning result of Gagne,and completes the evaluation of students' mastery of different knowledge points.The evaluation results are visualized in the way of heat-seeking to realize the goal of students' learning quality diagnosis.Based on the theory of Learning result classification of Gagne,this paper constructs the mining model of Knowledge Point Association based on the Apriori algorithm in association rule Technology,explores the potential influence relationship between different knowledge points which influence the improvement of learning quality,and visually presentation the mutual influence relationship between knowledge points.In this paper,the data collection of students' online work results is realized with the help of x API technology,the "user-based collaborative filtering algorithm" and the Apriori algorithm in data mining are used in the mining and modeling of students' online work result data,and on the basis of combing the existing research results,using the idea of modeling,the paper realizes the process evaluation of students' learning level in different knowledge points,at the same time,completes the comprehensive diagnosis and evaluation of the learning quality process and result.It further clarifies the influence of students' learning quality and enhances the potential mutual influence relationship between various knowledge points,realizes the visual presentation of the influence relation of the knowledge point,and enriched the research perspective of the online work result data modeling.
