Case Study On The Establishment And Operation Mechanism Of Network Training Workshop

With the application of computer network is becoming more and more common,great changes occur in all walks of life,including the field of education.The development of National Training Program for Primary and Secondary School Teachers is now drawing to a close,but this does not mean the end of network training workshop of teachers in China,but a new beginning,and the teachers' network training workshop will become a norm.With the aid of 2017 Primary and Secondary Schools'(and Kindergarten)Information Technology Application Ability Promotion Project in Gansu Province,this research practiced the formation and operation mechanism of teachers' network training workshops,including the formation of learning community in network training workshops,the development of activities,and the evaluation.Then verify this mechanism through the members' behavior data,their interactive social network analysis and their satisfaction during the implementation of this mathematical training workshop.The significance of this research is to improve the establishment and operation of the existing network training workshop,and to provide references for the effective establishment and operation of the teachers' network training workshop in future.This article is divided into 6 parts:The first chapter introduces the research background,the raise of the question,the research content,the research method,the purpose and significance of the study.The second chapter includes the definition of related concepts,and the research status of network training workshops at domestic and overseas.The third chapter is about the establishment and operation mechanism of the network training workshop,including the members' composition mechanism,operation mechanism,and evaluation mechanism.The fourth chapter includes a preliminary investigation,in order to understand the current status and requirements of network training workshop,and set up a mathematical training workshop for practical application in an actual project.The fifth chapter is to understand the implementation of mathematics training workshop through the members' behavior data,their interactive social network analysis and their satisfaction training data,and their attitude survey.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this research on the basis of the previous implementation and investigation,and rethinks the existing problems in the research.
