Research On The Construction Of The Network Theme Training Workshop Of Primary And Secondary School Teachers

Jiangxi primary and secondary school teachers' network training activities carried out so far,according to the theme training objectives, platforms, workshop team, resources and strategies have been built with the corresponding scale. On the basis of theme training objectives study, taking Jiangxi province teachers' network training platform, workshop team, resources and strategies as the research objects, study uses literature analysis, case studies and statistical analysis method to analyses. The platform mainly analyses platform management function, content function and activity function. Workshop team mainly analyses workshop builders' quality, team member's contribution and students' learning preference. The study also analyses workshop theme training's resource and strategy. The purpose of this study is to explore the current construction of goal realization degree and put forward practical and feasible suggestions for the problems. It aims to exert network training workshop's common learning, guided teaching and leading research function.The main conclusions and suggestions are as follows: theme training objectives are divided into three categories of teaching oriented, technology oriented, teacher professional development oriented, according to the theme training objectives to analyses platform, team, resources and strategies. Jiangxi Province primary and secondary school teachers' network training workshop platform function is diversity,including management function, content function and activity function. But platform is lack of keyword search function and section projects. It needs to add more human-computer interaction and theme training section projects. But the workshop builder team is single component, team members put little time on later workshop construction and students have inertia on theme training content learning. It needs to establish the square master selection mechanism and enrich square home. Team members need to implement the shift mechanism and increase the workshop construction management time. Workshop builders refining tasks to reduce students' learning inertia. Workshop theme training resources' expression forms are diversified and generative resources are plentiful. But resources are lack of integration of technology and subject teaching resources. It needs to strengthen the integration of such resources. But it is lack of incentive strategy and support from the education sectors. It needs to add reward category and puts teacher training study into the teacher evaluation system. Excellent network training workshops hook teacher professional title grade evaluation, in order to improve the network training workshop's strategy construction.
