With the development of Changsha’s economy,the training institutions for children badminton in Changsha have also developed vigorously,but the development is inevitably accompanied by fierce competition,while customer satisfaction is the core point of competition.Therefore,for any young badminton training institution,the customer is both god and the source of profit.In order to achieve sustainable development,institutions must follow the principle of "only water comes from the source".Studies have shown that a customer gains a satisfactory service,usually for three people said he obtain a satisfactory service,and customers do not get a satisfied service,usually for 11 people complained that he didn’t get a satisfactory service,thus it can be seen how important it is to satisfy our customers.In this paper,the customer satisfaction theory applied to children’s badminton training industry,user the questionnaire survey,literature data method,mathematical statistics,expert interviews and other methods,the research in Changsha city children’s badminton training institutions of customer satisfaction,customer and their parents state,using the correlation analysis,regression analysis method to analyze the important influence customer satisfaction in Changsha city children’s badminton training institutions,the main factors and is beneficial to children’s badminton training organization development countermeasures of Changsha,for Changsha city children’s badminton training institutions have been developing steadily and contributes to the growth of the children’s sports training industry.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:Changsha city children’s badminton training institutions of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Changsha city children’s badminton training institutions have a significant positive prediction function,badminton training institutions in Changsha city children customer perceived value and perceived quality of Changsha city children’s badminton training institutions customer satisfaction has a significant positive prediction function,including customer perceived quality predictive power is greater than the customer perceived value predictive power.Changsha city children’s brand image and the expected quality of badminton training institutions and the correlation of customer satisfaction is lower than badminton training institutions in Changsha city children customers the correlation between perceived quality and perceived value and customer satisfaction.The parents of children badminton training institutions in Changsha city are the majority of 30 to 40 years old,with more females than males,and most of the parents are professionals with high educational background and high income.The customer mainly understands the training organization through the way of family and friends.Changsha city children’s badminton training institutions in 5 to 10 years old accounts for the vast number of customers,more men than women customers,customers most of the learning time before and the vast majority of customers under 6 months did not take part in other institutions for training experience.
