A Study On Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education In College Students’ Crisis Management

In recent years,due to the continuous reform of China’s education system and the imperfect supervision mechanism and management system in some colleges and universities,the number of crisis events among college students has been increasing.The occurrence of such incidents has a dual effect.It will not only threaten students’ life and property safety and mental health,but also lead to the negative impact of disorder in the university.However,the crisis event will also encourage colleges and universities to make efforts to improve various imperfect mechanisms in the school and standardize their teaching tasks,which will also bring new opportunities and prospects for the development of colleges and universities.At present,the methods and methods used by some colleges and universities to deal with crisis events among college students need to be improved.Research and response to the crisis management of college students are still at an early stage.Ideological and political education is the lifeline of China’s economic work and all other work.This paper intends to apply the theoretical and ideological education methods to the practical problems of crisis management for college students on the basis of objective reality.Based on the standpoints and perspectives of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,this paper combines the literature research method,multidisciplinary approach,and case analysis methods to integrate the existing scientific knowledge system of ideological and political education in China with the crisis of college students.The actual situation of management is combined to explore the strategies of ideological and political education in responding to the different stages of crisis management of college students.The first part is the introduction of this article.Mainly summarizing the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the crisis management of college students,and clarifying the research purpose and research methods of this paper;The second part focuses on the concepts related to ideological and political education and crisis management of college students,and explores the basis The relationship between the two provides a theoretical basis for solving the problems of different stages of crisis management of college students with the help of the relevant theoretical systems of ideological and political education.The third part summarizes the achievements of ideological and political education in the crisis management of university students based on the actual situation of the crisis management of university students in our country.There are deficiencies and reasons for the insufficiency,providing the factual basisfor the following;The fourth part is the main body of this article.On the basis of a practical perspective,it mainly starts with the three phases of early warning,processing,recovery and evaluation of the crisis management of college students,and explores the corresponding ideological and political education strategies.To provide a theoretical guarantee for the stable development of colleges and universities.
