Teaching wit is a prompt and efficient judgement ability and timely and effective teaching practice behavior when pre-service teachers are faced with complicated classroom teaching and teaching accidents.For pre-service teachers,we should learn from our predecessors' rich teaching experience,form teaching reflection in teaching practice,improve teaching ability and classroom management ability,and flexibly play the educational value of teaching wit.In primary school teaching practice,the author took a month's practice to listen to class.It was found that in the pre-service stage,when teachers encountered unexpected teaching situations in the classroom,they always adopted a single solution.It is difficult to achieve the expected teaching effect with teaching wit.The teaching tact is the pursuit of the professional development of teachers in the pre-service stage,and puts forward higher requirements for the professional level of teachers.This paper attempts to explore the role of teaching wit for pre-service teachers,differential expression in teachers' teaching intelligence in pre-service stage,the way for pre-service teachers to show teaching wit in teaching practice,factors affecting teachers in the pre-service stage,strategies to improve the teaching wit of teachers in the pre-service stage.The case study method and interview method are used in this paper.Selecting three primary school teachers as the research object,and conduct case studies for the use of teaching wit of the three teachers in the classroom teaching.Analyze the current situation of pre-service teachers' teaching wit and factors affecting the teaching wit for pre-service teachers,in order to help the pre-service teachers to use teaching wit in the teaching practice,to promote the rapid growth of teachers in the pre-service stage and to improve the teaching level.The full text is mainly composed of six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the significance of the topic,and the domestic and foreign research on the study of the teaching wit and the main research methods of this paper.Domestic research review about teaching wit explain from the aspects of the concept of teaching wit,the nature of teaching wit,the development of teaching wit,the presentation of teaching wit,the classification of teaching wit,the influencing factors of teaching wit,the value of teaching wit,and the study on the teaching wit of new teachers.Chapter 1 The role of the teaching wit for pre-service teachers.The importance of teaching wit to teachers in the pre-service stage is expounded.It is mainly from the three aspects of improving the teachers' professionalization ability,improving the classroom teaching effect and catering to the demand of high quality teaching under the background of the new curriculum.Chapter 2 A case study of the teaching wit of pre-service teachers.Sorting out the lectures and interviews of pre-service teachers,including three aspects: the performance of pre-service teaching wit,the analysis of the status quo of pre-service teaching wit,and the lack of pre-service teaching wit.Chapter 3 The factors that affect the development of pre-service teachers' teaching wit.We discuss the factors from four aspects including teachers' emotion,teachers' psychological quality,teaching skills and methods,classroom teaching atmosphere.Chapter 4 The strategy of developing the teaching wit of pre-service teachers.In view of the existing problems in the practice teaching of teachers in the pre-service stage,the optimization strategy is put forward.The last part is a summary.The conclusion and inadequacies of this paper.
