Study On Undergraduate Computer Majors Construction In The Visual Threshold Of Employment

Professional construction is a systematic and basic construction work in colleges and universities,highlighting the educational level and characteristics of running a university.Professional construction includes five aspects: personnel training,curriculum construction,teaching material construction,teacher team construction,and laboratory and base construction.The development of a professional is not only limited by the development conditions of the school itself,but is also closely related to the development needs of the society.Computer science and technology education has gone through more than sixty years in Chinese universities,the rapid development of disciplines has produced a large number of outstanding computer professionals.However,in the field of employment,the employment advantages of graduates of computer major continue to decline,and the difficulty of employment continues to increase.Based on this phenomenon,the author selected the X University computer major as a case,based on the analysis of related literature at home and abroad,explained and analyzed the problems existing in the construction of computer majors in X universities,then put forward the strategy to improve the computer professional construction of X University.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly includes the questions raised,the literature review,the research design,the research methods,the innovation of this article and the concept definition.The second part is the theoretical research on professional construction,and elaborates on the significance,content and influencing factors of professional construction.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current requirements for the computer major graduates in the area of computer employment.Through questionnaires and interviews with companies,understanding the specific needs of employers in the knowledge structure,ability structure,and quality structure of graduates.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the computer professional construction in X University.Through questionnaires and interviews among graduates,the problems in the construction of computer majors in X University were analyzed.At the same time,it analyzes the concept of running a school,the system of running a school,and the funds for running a school.The fifth part is the promotion tactics for the computer major construction of X University,it is proposed for the current problems.Mainly from the construction of specialty specialty,improve the curriculum system,strengthen the construction of teachers,school-owned enterprises to improve the X majors in the construction of computing.
