Teacher education belief is the teacher's understanding of education phenomenon and students' subjectivity in education process,which directly influences the teacher's perception and judgment,and then influences its education behavior.With the rapid development of The Times and the deepening education reform,much attention has been paid to teachers' professional development,and as an important part of teacher professional development of teachers' education belief is also becoming more and more important.Some high schools and the current our country exists all kinds of negative school culture,lead to high school teachers' education belief showed all sorts of chaos,it's urgent need for us to think how to use positive school culture lead the high school teachers to generate positive education belief.Therefore,this paper studies the education belief of middle school teachers based on the perspective of school culture.This paper mainly adopts literature research and case analysis,first of all,from the height of the theory discusses the school culture and the internal connection of teacher education belief: school culture is an important field of teacher education beliefs generate,through the practice of teacher education belief embodies the characteristics of school culture,teachers' education belief is the necessary condition to update the school culture,school culture concept and conflict between the practice of teacher education belief.Cultural horizon,and then points out that the current school middle school education teaching activities,teachers' education belief existing problems and deficiencies,and attribution analysis from the perspective of culture,to find and to clarify reason causing the cultural aspects of teachers' education belief problem,against the negative impact of school culture,the transmission distortion of school culture,teachers' lack of real understanding of the school culture education concept of alienation,leading to teachers' education belief,such as students,teachers role imbalance problems such as absence.Finally aiming at the problems existing in the school of cultural horizon,teacher education belief,explore the construction of middle school teachers' education belief culture path,create a positive school culture,provide updates and to reconstruct the thought source of education belief;Transfer the school culture properly,break the barriers of updating and reconstructing education belief;Teachers should correctly interpret the school culture and enhance the initiative of education belief renewal to complete the cultural reconstruction of teacher education belief.
