| The open classroom of ideological and political theory course in university is an effective way to advance the teaching reform of ideological and political theory courses and improve the teaching level of ideological and political theory teachers.It provides a new model for ideological and political theory teacher training and training.Since piloting in 2014,colleges and universities in our province have continued to explore and practice open classrooms in ideological and political theory courses,and achieved good results.This model of the ideological and political theory class open class played a leading role in teaching famous teachers,improved the professional quality of ideological and political theory teachers,and promoted the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the socialist ideas of Chinese socialism with a new era of Xi Jinping.The classroom and the mind are of great significance.On the premise of combing domestic and foreign research,this study discusses the connotation,characteristics,and principles of the open classroom in the ideological and political theory class,and analyzes the deep value implications of the open classroom in the ideological and political theory class.Through many years of practice in the training of ideological and political theory teachers in Hunan province,we have explored the construction mechanism of open classrooms,that is,overall planning and overall deployment,strengthening macro planning at the provincial level and micro level implementation at the school level;,Strengthen the horizontal collaboration of various departments within the university and the three-dimensional collaboration among the various departments of the school;interlocking and interaction,deepen the selection and formation of the teacher team,optimize the combination of teaching contents,multi-dimensional interaction between teachers and students,and courses Co-construction and sharing of resources;multi-dimensional feedback,optimization of long-term effects,establishing the principle,main content and index system of the open classroom evaluation mechanism.At the same time,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and field visits to the current status of the implementation of open classrooms in ideological and political theory courses in Hunan province.It is based on the three dimensions of teaching factors,teaching process and teaching effectiveness.Summarizes the success of open classrooms andissues that need to be further improved.It also proposes combining the professional backgrounds of different students to construct thematic teaching content,and conducts open classroom classes and lectures on ideological and political theory courses in undergraduate colleges and colleges.The lecturers with good effects went to demonstrations in colleges and universities across the province,and used the open classroom as a platform to select experts for teaching ideological and political theory in universities and colleges in Hunan Province. |
