Research On The Core Competitiveness Of Y Training Institutions In Private Education

The rapid development of the world,the demand for talents like hunger and thirst to countries all over the world.In this context,private education and training institutions have welcomed the spring of their own.This paper starts from the related theories of marketing theory and market competition theory research,evaluation and management point of view,based on the market situation and development status of China's private education institutions,select one of the local influential private education and training institutions,connotation and constituent elements of the core competitiveness,to build the core competitiveness of Y training the evaluation index system,and obtained by theexpert consultation and the questionnaire survey data as the basis,to determine the weights of relevant indicators,then evaluate the index system of constructing the core competitive force of Y training institutions,draw a conclusion.Finally,it puts forward a series of measures to improve the core competitiveness of Y training institutions.The perspective of this study is multidisciplinary and comprehensive.From the perspective of profitable economy,the strategy of enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises is put forward.It also incorporates the perspective of education,and puts forward strategies for improving core competitiveness such as curriculum setting,teacher selection and evaluation,training effect and so on.It provides the basis and reference for the market competitiveness of the private education of the third industry in China.
