Today's education informatization,learning analysis as a product of education informatization,can provide a more comprehensive understanding of learners,learning from the perspective of data analysis,and pays attention to learners' internal cognitive level.Learning analysis is a hot topic at home and abroad in recent years,especially in the background of the smart education and big data,which has aroused the attention of all countries.In the existing research literature,there is relatively little research on the construction of the framework of learning analysis,which is not perfect and comprehensive,and its application in higher vocational schools is even less.The research focus of this article is based on the construction study of the learning analysis framework,applying the constructed framework to the specific curriculum of the vocational school for empirical research,and conducting a strategic study on learning analysis.The main work of the dissertation is as follows:Firstly,This study starts from the two perspectives of the core elements of learning analysis and the process of the learning analysis.It uses the concept of "case frame" and Ucinet as data analysis tools.Learning as the center,with learners,learning environment,learning content,learning time,and learning.results and learning goals as a complement to the design and build of three levels of learning analysis framework(learning behavior data sets,tools and workflow,and information flow).Learning behavior data sets provide data support for the study of students' learning behavior;tools and workflows are the filtering and analysis of data to further record and save the data;information flow is mainly to feedback the results to teachers and learners,and then intervene to learners to make progress.Secondly,On the basis of study analysis framework construction,this framework was applied to a course of "program design basis" in a higher vocational school to conduct empirical research.Based on the introduction of a course,a platform and a data analysis tool,the data generated by teacher-student interaction in the forum interaction module is selected as the source of the data.Using Ucinet software to analyze teacher-student interaction learning and learning content in detail.The teacher and student interaction is analyzed from the perspective of Network diagram,Closeness Centrality,Betweenness Centrality and Eigenvector Centrality,the analysis of learning content is based on keywords and network diagrams.The results of the analysis are used to give feedback and intervention to the teaching activities,and discussed the effects of intervention,at the same time,put forward corresponding suggestions.Thirdly,In order to enhance the application value of the learning analysis framework,the application strategies of learning analysis are discussed,the specific contents include:strategies for data management in higher vocational schools,privacy and security protection strategies,and multi-angle data analysis strategies.
