Explosion,rapid accumulation of knowledge and information in the 21st century information era which progresses by leaps and bounds,the education informationization also ushered in the new opportunity,in the education informationization in our country under the background of comprehensive,rapid development,the curriculum teaching and reform as the main work of basic education school.In the construction of "advocating a reading,scholarly society" under the call of the slogan,how to make students more effectively and quickly acquire knowledge,the basic method is the construction of education informatization development under the background of scholarly campus,namely "expanding the coverage of high quality education resources,with the support of information technology,build an information study environment and teaching atmosphere,promoting the innovation of reading model,enriching the content of reading,and enhance the ability of teachers in classroom teaching under the environment of informatization innovation,carry out various forms of reading activities,formation and national education modernization development goals that meet the needs of scholarly campus construction system,so as to effectively promote the construction of campus culture,promote the education teaching quality improvement.Ningxia is located in the east part of northwest China,ecological improvement,due to the economy,culture,history and other factors,the influence of yinchuan for the construction of the elementary school "scholarly campus" although to some extent,started by the ministry of education and school leadership attaches great importance to,but with the nationwide construction "scholarly campus" compared to the overall situation,there is a big gap,how do school leaders and first-line teachers do not know exactly how to operate the campus.So,how do ningxia yinchuan primary scholarly campus construction?There are some problems which have good scholarly campus construction and?How to enhance and improve?These are the problems of vague.This study is based on the current situation of ningxia yinchuan primary scholarly campus construction level,in the literature gathering,the basis of actual survey and data analysis,set up a system of elegant framework for the construction of campus,using Delphi method,to determine the construction,the latest draft framework and the selection of yinchuan elementary school as the experimental sample,through empirical study,ningxia yinchuan primary school building for the future characteristic schools provide construction strategy and evaluation basis.
