Research On Performance Management Evaluation Index System Of Public Sports Venues In Jiangxi

Public sports venues as undertake necessary material basis and prerequisite of large sports events,2008 Beijing Olympic Games,in 2011 and 2017 national games in Tianjin,Nanchang intercity at all levels of government has invested heavily to build a large number of public sports venues.At the national sports bureau meeting in 2011,the general administration of sport in China will solve the problems of operation of public sports stadiums as one of the outstanding problems in the development of sports in China.After years of exploration,the operating conditions of the public gyms and stadiums have some changes,in a certain extent,which eases the contradiction of insufficient funds,but the current performance management of the public gyms and stadiums in Jiangxi province,there exists many problems in the process of operation management and trouble,need further analysis for the assessment of operational performance management,aims at providing a crack in the operation of public sports venues in Jiangxi province with the feasibility of the solution and theoretical support,and improve the operation of the public gyms and stadiums in Jiangxi province social benefits and economic benefits.In this paper,through questionnaire survey,field interview method,literature analysis method,etc,on the performance evaluation system of the public gyms and stadiums in Jiangxi province comprehensive analysis,and apply Yaaph weight analysis software:1.The evaluation index system of performance management of the public gyms and stadiums in Jiangxi province are sports facility operation and performance,by the management system,human resource management,management mechanism,the social benefit and economic benefit of five level indicators.2.Jiangxi public sports venues management system of the present government and society changed,the trend of the coordinated development of business activities relate the government and society,and with the improvement of the marketization level,enterprise management could be approached by sports venues management system.3.Operation performance should emphasize the public gyms and stadiums in Jiangxi province,the arrangement of the personnel structure,and professional operation team and personnel engaged in the work,it will be conducive to improve the level of the utilization of the public gyms and stadiums in Jiangxi province and operation.4.The operational performance management of the public gyms and stadiums in Jiangxi province,which should be given priority to with body,diversification,andperfect the incentive mechanism construction of the public gyms and stadiums,properly arrange workers and reduce operating costs.
