For most of the rural primary school Chinese teachers,practical knowledge is the foundation of teacher career development,and the basis for promoting teachers' specialization.Researching teachers' practical knowledge has a very significant effect on improvement of the level of rural primary school Chinese teachers' specialization,and the teaching level.This research mainly adopts qualitative research methods,through deep interview with the three primary school Chinese teachers who are from different grades in rural areas and observation of different stages of a class,it makes an indepth research for development of L town center elementary school Chinese teacher's practical knowledge,and it puts forward some targeted suggestions.This research is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the reason of the topic,the research significance,research ideas and methods,and the research object.The second chapter is the literature review.It presents the domestic and foreign teacher practical knowledge research,and makes a definition and discrimination of the core concepts.In the third chapter,Through the communication and observation of object before class,observation of the object in class,communication with the research object after class after their reflection.This thesis explores the development of rural primary school Chinese teachers' practical knowledge,and finds out the factors which affect the development of rural primary school Chinese teachers' practical knowledge.The chapter four.According to the research topic,after exploring the development of rural primary school Chinese teachers' practical knowledge,the fourth chapter puts forward some strategies.The research object,although limited to three rural primary school language teachers L town center,but it reflects every rural primary school language teachers teaching life,the only way for the development of practical knowledge,generate inspiration to other rural primary school language teachers And the resonance effect has helped to promote the professional growth of language teachers in rural primary schools...
