Basic education is the starting point of the whole education and primary school teachers are the key to the success or failure of basic education,only to enhance the level of expertise of primary school teachers in order to enhance the quality of basic education.But looking at the current status of the development of primary education,but there is always a theoretical teaching and practical experience of the divided state,only to break through the bottleneck restrictions to make a smoother professional development of teachers in primary schools.Therefore,the focus on primary school teachers ' practical knowledge in action,primary school teachers ' practical knowledge through teacher professional development,and is the prerequisite for promoting primary school teachers ' professional growth and development and infrastructure.This study from the perspective of practical knowledge in the first chapter,in the teacher's practical knowledge to systematically research and teacher professional development based on an overview of teacher's practical knowledge.The second chapter,selected taking heze city as research areas research to understand and grasp the situation of the primary school teachers ' professional development.The third chapter,understand and master practical knowledge of theory and elementary school teacher professional development on the basis of the status quo,according to the theory of teacher career stages,from the perspective of practical knowledge to adapt to the development of teachers,teachers and maturity were carried out for teachers 'professional development analysis.The fourth chapter,adaptation,development of teachers teachers and mature the professional development of teachers,respectively,targeted promotion strategy is proposed.
