Reading teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching in middle school,and it is also the most concerned topic among Chinese education workers.Junior high school students in China are later in-depth reading,comprehension reading time,reading quantity is small,language lesson teacher speak in class,students practice less,more students to read and understand the time is not enough,most of the time are crowding out the established teaching task,the subject status of the students read no truly reflected.This results in the poor reading ability of junior middle school students and low interest in reading."1 + X" reading teaching mode to broaden the students reading in the classroom,to promote the reform of classroom teaching and has realized the combination of in-class reading and extracurricular reading,can largely increase the students' reading quantity,improve the students' reading ability,reading interest.But is now in the "1 + X" reading teaching mode still exists some problems: teacher,student,school,parents of "1 + X" lack of awareness of reading teaching,reading teaching "1 + X" is too limited,the content of the single evaluation form,lack of scientific feedback mechanism and so on.Therefore,how to through the in-class further in-depth study combined with extracurricular,solve the "1 + X" mode of reading teaching,enhance the students' reading efficiency and reading effect,it is very urgent.This article mainly USES literature research,questionnaire investigation,experience summary method for studying the subject,through the analysis of comparative education,the type of reading teaching of the literature,learn the successful case teaching,and further on the basis of the theory to the current reading teaching mode of "1 + X" in the front line of education present situation analysis,found out the existing problems,this article is based on a few junior high school as a case study to investigate,concentrates on the application of "1 + X" reading teaching situation,puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies,mainly including five: first the teacher wants to increase their reading quantity,improve their reading level,form the characteristic of the habit of reading.Second,the teacher should carefully read the text "1" to design.Third,the choice of reading "X" should be closely related to the topic,which is suitable for students to read.The fourth teacher should guide the overall situation and encourage students to cooperate independently.Fifth,use scientific and effective evaluation method.
