School based training has gradually become an important part of education in the development of education after teachers' academic degrees.It is not only the new requirement of today's social and economic development for education,but also the only way for Chinese education to go global.From the related literature and data,there are few researches on school-based training in private high schools,especially for private middle schools.The author studies the school-based training of the A middle school in Changsha by the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.Through questionnaire survey related problems in various aspects of the current school-based training school A,and for days after the study of school-based training private schools provide a vivid case.The first chapter is introduction introduction.The main points are as follows:the research background,research significance,research methods,research technology roadmap,research contents and innovation of this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces the research trends of school-based training at home and abroad and the basic theory of school-based training.The third chapter is the introduction to the basic situation of Changsha A private middle school.The main contents are as follows:the current situation and inadequacies of the school-based training in domestic secondary schools,and the impact of the lack of school-based training on the schools.It also introduces the basic situation of A middle school and the general situation of teachers' human resources and the current situation of school-based training in A middle school.The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis.Including the design,recovery and statistics of the school based training questionnaire of the Changsha A middle school.Based on the achievements and related theories of school based training research by foreign scholars,a questionnaire is designed according to the external competition environment of A middle school,and an anonymous questionnaire survey is conducted for teachers in this school.Afterwards,the relevant statistics and collation were carried out,and the logic and blank questionnaires were deleted,and the basic data were obtained.The recovery data are analyzed by item by item,the data relationship is dug and the opinion of the interview is obtained.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing school based training in A middle school.The fifth chapter is to construct the chapter of the school based training system of A middle school.A secondary school based on the existing school based training results combined with the A secondary school itself,to improve the current training system deficiencies.The sixth chapter is to optimize the training model.
