High-quality difficult to complete the high score action can enhance the competitive aerobics complete set of actions in the absolute competitive advantage.EXPLOSIVE A-FRAME 1/2 TURN TO WENSON(A207)and STRADDLE CUT 1/2 TWIST TO WENSON(A220)two action scores high,technical complexity,competitive aerobics movements are low vacant action.Due to the difficulty,technical complexity,and uneven quality of completion,high-level athletes in international competitions still confuse the two movements into one.Therefore,analyzing the different technical features of two actions,revealing the characteristics and laws of completion,and improving the quality of the completed actions are problems that need to be solved in training at this stage.In this study,the Qualisys infrared spot high-speed motion capture system was used in combination with literature and interview methods to capture the correct techniques of the four A207 and A220 motions completed by four high-level athletes in the world and to obtain kinematics during the completion of the movement.Parameters,analysis of the characteristics of their actions,and in-depth comparison of the two actions,analysis of the key technical features of different phases of action,to provide reference for the teaching of difficult movements,training.Analysis conclusion:1.In the push-up phase,when the athletes complete the A207 and A220 movements,the frontal angle of the shoulder joints is between 60° and 70°.In the pushing stage,the coordination of rapid elbow joint extension and hip flexion can increase the height of the body's center of gravity.The rapid expansion and contraction load of the upper extremity is the basis for the A220 to reach the vacant position.When the feature screen is vacated,the center of gravity of the A220 is 57.1 cm in height.A207 At 54 cm,the athlete's torso is generally higher than the A207.2.In the emptying stage,the rotation angle of A207 is high.The rapid increase in hip flexor muscles rapidly increases the hip height,and the hip height is always higher than that of the shoulder joint.The A220 is in the ascending phase and the turning angle is small.While swinging the leg and rotating the torso,the left hip angle is smaller than the right hip angle.The shoulder joint height remains higher than the hip joint after the center of gravity rises to the highest point.3.In the stage of landing and landing,both movements touched the ground first with the hand.A207 moved to the left through the hip joint and adjusted the position of the center of gravity to drive the kicking of the right leg.There were no significant differences between the two motions in Vincent's push-ups.The best Vinson's angle was between 33° and 40°,and the left hip's best angle was between 160° and 170°.4.There was no significant difference in the total time between the A207 and A220.When the A220 movement is completed,the twisting angle of the trunk can be controlled to speed up the swinging speed of the legs,and the duration of the descent phase can be appropriately extended to increase the completion rate of the movement.5.The displacement of the center of gravity of the A207 and A220 movements is basically the same on the X-axis.The A220 action increases the rate of completion of the movement by increasing the movement of the center of gravity on the Y-axis.The A220 needed to control the height of the hip while raising the shoulder joint,so the highest point of the center of gravity was lower than the A207 movement.
