Aerobics is a competitive race which takes music,gymnastics,dancetogether.”Difficultly” is not only the shining point to show themselves, but also thekey to get high score. This study content, especially A188, The best high-levelathletes from all over the world will select this motion to put it into their whole play.It’s high usage not only because of the high difficulty score, but also the importantreason is that the action has strong flexibility to contect with others difficultymovement in this action before and after, to increase the difficulty score, andenhanced the spectator.This article research mainly using the method of biomechanics experiment andtest means. This experimention utilizes the kinematic mechanics method for the hipmovement in A group of sports aerobics. Based on the six QUALISYS-MU500long-range infrared instruments, to complete the spring buttock movements for threeathletes in3d photography, and to get the completion time for this technique, thecoordinates position that the hip jump to the highest point, hip joint, elbow joint andshoulder joint kinematics dates such as angle, To further comprehensively reveal thehip leaps from the essential characteristics of technical action(especiallyA188), toprovide theoretical reference for technical training of competitive aerobics.Through the analysis of the results, obtain the following conclusions:1.By completing the hip movements, three athletes’ shoulder joint angles haveexists significant difference, especially between Wu Lei and Liu Tianbo. The left andright shoulder joint angles of Wu Lei have much difference. Through the analysis andcomparision, the shoulder joint angle was controled in65degree is more reasonable.Liu Tianbo and Zhao Feilin can control within the scope,Wu Lei much poorer than them.2.The smaller angle on the vertical axis direction of the hip joint, the higher anddifficult level the athletes is, the referee can improve decision for athletes’ completion,at the same time it can enhance the affirm ability of athletes from referee. The resultshowed that no significant difference between these athletes except A185.When theydo the Vincent movements, Wu Lei have large difference in left and right hip jointangles. The reason is likely to lead insufficient twist angle and inadequate height.3. In completion time, the least time used,the better ability you have, long time to completethese movements,will affect the continuity of the game.Liu Tian bo used the shortest time tofinished. To analysis the time for preparation stage to the highest point,to finished thefirst two moves, Three athletes’ completed time in0.65s, but in the last two moves, Liu Tianbokept the time in0.5s,Wu Lei and Zhao Feilin at0.7s.By the difficulty movements increasing, Liu Tianbo with the other two players have significant difference, it reflects Liu Tianbo’s outstandingability.
