| In the 18 th conference of CPC put forward the sport management according to law,the 19 th conference clear promoting the rule of law system of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the total target of the rule of law,the construction socialism country under the rule of law,As an important part of the rule of law.With the accelerating development of sports career,all kinds of sports disputes occur constantly too,build good sports law environment,cultivating excellent sports talent so important,the sports colleges sports education so to this problem is of great significance.Sports law in sports was the e to rise,belongs to the secondary discipline,sports science.since 1987,Beijing sports university sports law courses has been existed for 30 years,it is necessary to investigate the sports colleges and universities sports education so.Using the literature material method、interview method、questionnaire method、on-the-spot investigation method、mathematical statistics,by investigating 14 sports colleges and universities in China and the best 3 barrister organization(China university of political science and law,Wuhan university law school,law school of Xiangtan university),17 schools in total,analysis the present situation of the sports colleges and universities sports education as well as the existing problems,and discusses methods for solving the sports colleges sports law and the law department the different characteristics of the education in sports colleges and provide reference and opinions for the universities sports law education.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)Physical education in sports colleges and universities has certain value in the sports industry,competitive sports,and school sports.(2)Almost all sports colleges and universities offer sports law courses,but the number of courses is small,with undergraduate sports management and social sports as the main majors.The teaching methods are often combined with case and theoretical explanations.(3)Most teachers believe that it is necessary and feasible for sports colleges to set up sports law courses.Most students are welcome to set up such courses;it is considered that sports law courses are valuable and more like.(4)At present,there is a lack of unified teaching materials,there is a shortage of teachers,the school’s attention is not enough,and many school’s teaching staff is not fully utilized.(5)The output of sports law talents is small.At present,there are no sports colleges and universities that train doctoral students in sports law.The stability of the enrollment of sports law students in sports colleges and universities needs to be improved. |
