Along with the theory in physical education of "People-oriented, Health First" deepened, more and more schools keen on the harmonious of the students, cultivate the conscious of physicals and have the practice everyday habits. So my research will on the role of the unique impact of the potential courses, Using literature, surveys, interviews and mathematical statistics, analyze the status quo investigation and correlation of potential sports training courses and student attitudes and behaviors in some shanghai schools. Its purpose is to reveal potential courses of Sports Value Orientation and training attitude and behavior of a bonding point, Reached in combining theory and practice. After the research It comes to the following conclusions:First, teachers and students are unfamiliar with the concept of College sports potential courses.Second, from the space-time factors of Potential sports curriculum material, there is a gap between the school venues, facilities and equipment, environmental conditions and the training of students demand; Insufficient use of network resources; students are complain the arrangements unreasonable situation, girls more than boys activities that lack of time sufficient.Third, from the factors of potential Physical education courses value, majority of teachers and students say that the school should form a sports tradition and culture, but not enough schools create a sports atmosphere; Schools have a well-developed sports rules and regulations, but the leadership of attention and concern had not done enough of sports; the organization of the group activities should improved.Fourth, from the evaluation factors, Potential teachers and students in the course of the overall is getting better and better. But teachers on their own knowledge and technology and positive expectations for pupils and students are differences, more students show the negative attitude, Girls more than boys think that teachers focus on the development of interest in sports is not doing enough. Fifth, Most of the students have the right training evaluation. Most students know that Exercise can understand the importance of the promotion of physical and mental health. But in behavior, behavior and emotional experience with the intention of controlling flu, the situation of girls are inferior to boys. Sixth, Most of the students, especially girls have not develop good exercise habits. Although busy and academic facilities without affecting the main reason why college students training; Students will have an optional on sports exercise, also they would prefer together for practice. Both girls and boys will choose the physical education and spontaneous extra-curricular training as their main form of training organizations. The sports power of most Students exercise comes from their selves. The girls come from the teacher training motivation was higher than that of boys.Seventh, the improvement of potential Physical education courses will contribute the formation of attitudes and behaviors with the good training students. Among them, teachers take more impact on students raising awareness of training, of course, Cultivate the exercise habits are the greatest impact, And together with the cultural and educational value, raising the aspirations of students and training exercises when the emotional experience do the greatest impact. In addition, cultural and educational value factors with the students and the number of weeks training make the greatest relationship of participating in and outside of schools' sports and the times.Suggestion: 1. Strengthen the importance of physical education curriculum in leadership. 2. Development and the rational use of venues, facilities and equipment resources. 3.
