Research On Improving Community Participation Of "Empty Nest Young Women" In Community Social Work

With the pace of globalization and the accelerated pace of urban life,competition has begun to become increasingly fierce,and great changes have taken place in all aspects of China's social economy,culture,ideology and other aspects.In all groups,youth is the most prominent group that accepts and changes.At present,the social work in the northeast is becoming more and more important in the development and function of the community.The social work is playing a more and more active and important role in its unique perspective.Social work should be more effective in helping the "empty nest women young" in the community and relieving their pressure.Better advice on community participation.In this paper,based on the research of relevant theories and the data analysis of the issued questionnaire in the later period,the present situation,the problems and the causes of the low participation of the "empty nest female youth" community are explored.In the intervention activities,three typical communities in Shenyang were selected,with the support of two theories of social support network and PSH,with the support of social support network and Psycho-social equilibrium theory(PSH),the involvement of the community social work related knowledge and methods was applied to the young people's community participation,and the related activities were carried out in the intervention community.The possible shortcomings and reflection in the process are summarized.Finally,there is a lasting and significant promotion before the community participation of the "empty nest female youth" in the community and the absence of intervention activities,in order to increase the influence,so that other "empty nest young people" in the community have a sense of responsibility and a sense of belonging to the society and the community.According to the knowledge learned,the author used the concept of social work and professional methods to intervene in the problem of "empty nest young women" community participation is not high.First of all,collect relevant data,analyze the possible causes,and predict the community participation of the clients.Secondly,we should make reasonable service plan and practical intervention plan,try our best to find the balance point with the service object,help the community to achieve the goal of increasingcommunity participation,and also help the service object to expand the social support network and interpersonal circle.And generalizability and adaptability model are summarized.Finally,from the macro,meso,micro level to explore effective ways and reasonable methods,Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the purpose and maneuverability of the research topic.
