Research On The Guidance Management Of The Colleges And Universities Student Dormitory

The "Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities",which is since from September 1,2017,has stipulated that:"The Colleges and Universities should establish and improve the system of student accommodation management.Students should abide by the regulations of the Colleges and Universities on the management of students accommodation.Students should be encouraged and supported to implement self-management through the formulation of conventions."With the enhancement of the degree of attention to the student dormitory and the increase in capital investment,the construction of dormitory buildings,accommodation conditions and other hardware facilities are gradually being improved,especially the student dormitory condition of newly built in campus.The student dormitory is no longer simply a place for students to relax and reside,but to become a comprehensive place integrating accommodation,life,study and communication together.At present,different Colleges and Universities,or the different campuses of the same Colleges and Universities,the management mode for student dormitory are different.In general,it can be divided into school unified management mode,operational management mode,comprehensive management mode and student community management mode and so on.Starting from the actual situation of student dormitory building construction,operation and management,the colleges and universities choose proper management mode to manage,serve and educate the students accommodation.At this stage,the management of student dormitory in Colleges and Universities is more stable in our country,but there are some unsatisfactory problems,such as unreasonable staffing,lack of humanization and flexibility in management,etc.These problems resulted that the student dormitory management department often adopts the"paternalistic" constraint management mode to manage the accommodation students.In this passive mode of management,the accommodation students has been in a low degree of cooperation in the management,service and education of the student dormitory management department,even a few students have antipathy.In the reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is said:" There is no limit to practice and there is no limit to theoretical innovation also."In order to solve the existing problems in the management of student dormitory of Colleges and Universities in our country and promote the effectiveness of the management of student dormitory,the author who has researched with practical exploration for nearly ten years,is proposing a new management model-the guidance management.The guidance management is that,the administrator of the student dormitory of Colleges and Universities use the education,training and guidance method to conduct targeted guidance to student members,therefore,they have the ability to cooperate with student dormitory management staff to carry out the mode of the student dormitory management work.The guidance management model can not only solve the problems in the management of Colleges and Universities student dormitory at the present stage of our country,but also it can play a role of supplementary of the Colleges and Universities student management theory.After all,it has certain theoretical and practical significance.
