The curriculum of preschool education in our country has gone through the exploration course from imitating the western curriculum to the establishment and development of localization.Through the efforts of the government and people from all walks of life,great progress has been made in the theoretical research and practical exploration of kindergarten curriculum.At the same time,problems also exist in varying degrees.The ecological perspective emphasizes the relationship,interaction and interaction between the organism and various systems.It embodies the harmony and unity of human nature and society.The curriculum development and implementation of kindergarten refers to the dynamic practical process of teachers' purpose and planned influence on children under the guidance of curriculum ideas and goals.We take C kindergarten in Wuhan as an example.The kindergarten has a long history and mature research results.The curriculum development and implementation experience and problems of this kindergarten are studied,which is typical.It is also convenient to improve the relevance of the kindergarten curriculum.Based on the ecological theory,this paper analyzes the value and characteristics of kindergarten curriculum from the perspective of ecology.Secondly,by analyzing the experience and problems of curriculum development and implementation in kindergartens,we find that at present,kindergarten curriculum is in the curriculum target plan,curriculum content selection,curriculum organization form,curriculum implementation subject.The application of curriculum resources has its own achievements,but there are also some problems of lack of ecology.The reasons are mainly influenced by kindergarten curriculum concept,curriculum reform,teachers' communication with curriculum developers,teachers' own knowledge and ability,parents' and community's understanding and cooperation.To this end,kindergartens should actively examine and improve curriculum concepts,invite experts to actively carry out teaching and research;teachers should strengthen exchanges with curriculum developers and improve their own curriculum implementation capabilities;parents and communities should raise awareness.Enhance cooperation and resource sharing with kindergartens.
