With the acceleration of China's economic development and urbanization,the trend of large-scale and family-oriented population mobility has become more and more obvious,and the number of left-behind children has also increased rapidly.Part of left-behind children use to follow their parents during the summer holidays from census register seat into the city,because of the lack of necessary self-efficacy,identity and interpersonal skills,left-behind children in the city to face a lot of psychological problems,especially the poor self-esteem.This study,from the perspective of the left-behind children lack of confidence,by conducting "told the world my best" self-confidence improved group,a full analysis of group social work on improving the left-behind children problem,and thus form a new perspective of social work intervention left-behind children problem.Based on shenzhen summer to deep left-behind children S street as an example,the early stage of the families with nearly 100 left-behind children visiting and investigation,eventually selected 10 left-behind children as the research object,using the field demand analysis method and action research method,determine the service requirements of depth of left-behind children,with social support theory,social learning theory and group dynamics theory,using the method of group intervention on the issue of left-behind children lack of confidence.Combined early demand analysis and left-behind children's reality,the author respectively design activities,a variety of topics and activities according to actual situation to adjust,the last around self-cognition,self-efficacy and interpersonal three dimensions to evaluate team effectiveness.Studies have shown that using panel method can effectively alleviate the left-behind children lack of confidence,so as to adapt to city life,which can also explore the intervention left-behind children problem of social work mode,to guide the healthy growth of left-behind children.
