Research On The Transformation And Development Of Local Universities And Countermeasures

With the transformation of China’s economy from high speed to high quality development,in the big background and trend of national modernization,the transformation of talents brought by industrial transformation and upgrading has gradually entered people’s vision and became a strong voice of the times.The voice of high quality technical skill talents is becoming higher and higher,and the training of applied talents is gradually cultivated in our country.As a hot topic in recent years,the transformation and development of colleges and universities is imperative.The topic of "transformation" has not only stopped in theoretical exploration,but also moved from the national policy level to the implementation level.With the transformation and upgrading of local universities,many universities in Hebei have joined the ranks of transformation and explored and innovated in the process of development.However,the development of any new thing is not smooth sailing and faces many problems that need to be solved.This paper is guided by national policy,guided by relevant theories,guided by foreign experience and aimed at solving practical problems.First,on the basis of the review of the current research status at home and abroad and the definition of the core concepts,the relevant policies of the relevant theories and the transformation and development of local colleges and universities are combed,and the foreign practice of Germany,Switzerland and the UK are summarized and summarized.Secondly,taking the transformation and development of a local university in a certain place in Hebei as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation and the existing foundation in the process of the transformation and development of the University,and investigates the teachers and students through the questionnaire,and analyses the existing problems and the causes of the problems according to the results.Finally,combining the geographical location,existing foundation and corresponding policy support of the school,some rationalized opinions and countermeasures are put forward,such as further clarifying the thinking of transformation,speeding up the construction of applied disciplines,speeding up the construction of practical curriculum system,and strengthening the construction of "double teachers and double ability.Although this paper systematically studies the problems and Countermeasures of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities in a certain university in Hebei Province,it is expected that it can enlighten the theoretical research and transformation practice of the transformation and development of the universities in other places,and try to provide some reference for the transformation and development of a university.However,because the transformation and development of local colleges and universities is still in the exploration stage,the development is not sufficient,many problems are still not in place,and the domestic experience can be used for reference,so the research is still preliminary,and in the later period,we should carry out tracking.
