With the development of multimedia technology, network technology, and computer technology, the way people receive education becomes more and more digital and multimedia.More information technologies have begun to be used in education, especially in basic education. The education resources on the Internet are more and more abundant, people can find all kinds of information resources from above, and the network has also become a platform for teachers to inquire and communicate with each other.Under this background, the Internet has become increasingly important in the education of primary and secondary schools.Online teaching resources are increasingly used in classroom teaching.Teachers in primary and secondary schools can inquire from the Internet to excellent teaching plans, courseware, test questions, papers and so on around the world. In front of such a wealth of teaching resources, how to effectively use online teaching resources in class and improve classroom teaching efficiency has become an important issue facing modern teaching. In order to analyze the influencing factors that affect teachers' use of online teaching resources, this study sorts out relevant domestic and foreign research status and theoretical foundations, draws on the technology acceptance model(TAM).and proposes three elements based on previous research results. This paper puts forward three factors: the convenience of resource use,the appropriateness of resources, the sense of self-efficacy,and constructs the research model of primary school teachers' intention to use online teaching resources.Based on the model's research hypothesis,in order to test whether the theoretical model and related assumptions are valid, this study obtains sample data through the questionnaire survey method, and extracts six factors according to the model to design the questionnaire. The six factors are: resource usefulness and resource ease of use, resource relevance, ease of use of resources, sense of self-efficacy,use intention. The survey was conducted for the primary school teachers in Eastern Henan Province, using SPSS24.0 and Amos23.0 software to conduct statistical analysis of the survey data and data, and to explore the current research on the use of online teaching resources by primary school teachers in eastern Henan. The research results show that there are five factors affecting teachers' teaching resource use intention through investigation and study of primary school teachers in Eastern Henan: resource usefulness, resource easiness, resource relevance,self-efficacy,and resource convenience.Among them, the three main factors that influence the teachers' intention to use online teaching resources are: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,and convenience of use.The least affected relationship is computer self-efficacy.It can be seen from the above that when teachers use resources, the most important thing is the quality of resources, whether it is helpful for teaching, followed by whether teachers are easy to use when using resources, and teachers' computer self-efficacy is less impact on teachers' use of resources.Through this study,we understand the teachers' needs for the use of online teaching resources, and propose strategies to promote the effective use of online teaching resources by primary school teachers, which has a certain reference value for the future development of basic education and teaching.
