Integrity is both the basic requirement of the country to stand in the forest of the world's nationalities and the important principle of civilians' moral cultivation and conduction.With the implementation of China's reform and opening up policy,th e world's diversified ideas and values have poured into China,bringing both opportunities for China's development under the socialist market economy and unprecedentedly huge challenges for the society with unsound legal system under loose policies.Since the outstanding traditional Chinese integrity culture occupies a weak position in the contemporary Chinese young people's thinking system,and the Western egoism values and the concept of money-worshiping increasingly permeate into China,the lack of integrity in various areas of society has become increasingly prominent.In particular,the lack of integrity among secondary vocational school students is drawing increasing attention from all walks of life.A number of leaders in China have made clear instructions on the issue of integrity.In particular,President Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the important epochal significance of the integrity values in the socialist core values,for the integrity quality is both a solid foundation for promoting the construction of socialist ideology and morality,and an important way to realize the goal of cultivating talents in vocational education.The traditional education of integrity quality is struggling to encourage young people to accept this permanent traditional virtue.In particular,secondary vocational school students generally lack the integrity quality.It is proposed that the realization route of secondary vocational school students' integrity quality should be in line with the demand for the integrity of the times.In view of the above,this study,taking the middle school students as the research object,carries out the research on the cultivation way to develop the honesty quality of secondary vocational school students.The main contents of the study include four parts: introduction,theoretical review,current situation analysis and training methods.The introduction part expatiates on the background of the topic and the value of the research,makes a systematic overview of the domestic and foreign literatures on honesty,and provides the research ideas and research methods as the guiding ideology of the concrete research.The first part clarifies the meaning s of traditional honesty and contemporary honesty by studying the characteristics of four aspects: ideolog y and morality,psychology,learning attitude and interpersonal communication,and clarifies that norms of honesty are ubiquitous and that they as norms share the same standards with legal principles.This part also highlights the important value of honesty in strengthening the nation,improving the social atmosphere and enhancing morality quality of citizens.The second part points out the positive situation in the development of secondary vocational school students in four aspects including social concerns,school considerations,family expectations and peer hopes,while pointing out the negative situation in four aspects including weak implementation in carrying out honesty education goals,backward honesty education,poor education and teaching methods and narrow coverage of honesty education coverage.They have problems of honesty in learning,discipline,interpersonal relations and living habits.Although there are a basic understanding and expectations for the overall honesty education,they still have an unclear understanding of the contents,effects and actual operational details as a whole.They also have plasticity in honesty quality because of their unique personality and psychology.This part makes an in-depth analysis of the lack of honesty: social factors lead to the social background of the lack of honesty,the school factors lead to imbalance in honesty education,family factors lead to the family atmosphere of the lack of honesty,and their individual factors leads to the unsound honesty character.The third part elaborates the ways and practice of cultivating the honesty quality of the secondary vocational school students from the four aspects of society,school,family and individual.Society should actively build a legal platform,improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,and pay attention to the effectiveness of public opinion publicity;schools should form an honesty-cultivation program,update the educational philosophy,create new teaching methods,carry out practical activities with new teaching methods,and create honesty culture;family members should cooperate with the school,improve ways and methods of family education,and strive to create good family traditions;students themselves should study knowledge of honesty,develop good habits like keeping on self-reflection,nurture physical and mental health,and strive to create a sound honesty personality.Through the above systematic research and discuss,and given the status quo of secondary vocational school students' poor integrity quality,concept and behaviors,this paper attempts to urge all walks of life to attach great importance and pay close attention to secondary vocational school students' integrity quality: national government departments should actively improve integrity-related laws and regulations,improve evaluation system of personal integrity,create incentive mechanism of integrity,and strengthen the guidin g function of public opinions and integrity publicity;secondary vocational schools should continue to update the concept of integrity education,innovate education and teaching methods,actively hold integrity-related activities,establish student integrity file and integrity reward and punishment system,as well as strengthen the punishment of students' dishonest behaviors;family members should cooperate with the school to co-manage students' integrity behaviors;students should strengthen their own mora l quality cultivation,learn to self-inspect themselves,discard inappropriate thoughts,and strive to form excellent integrity quality.However,there are still some shortcomings in the process of careful research and discuss in this paper: the selection of secondary vocational school students' majors is limited,only a regional research is available,only a fixed time period is selected for research,research methods are still monotonous,etc.,failing to cover secondary vocational school students' integrity quality in different regions across China.These shortcomings are currently inescapable,and therefore it is necessary to solve the above problems in future researches in a more scientific and effective manner to comprehensively study the cultivation route secondary vocational school students' integrity quality.
