| Under the background of carrying out quality-oriented education and promoting curriculum reform,educational scientific research in primary schools,especially in rural primary schools,has been paid more and more attention.Educational scientific research is the basic driving force of primary school development,and the support of educational scientific research provided by school and the scientific research quality of teachers are important factors to promote the development of school scientific research.It is of great significance to promote the quality of teaching and improve the overall quality of teachers in rural hope primary school education and scientific research.The previous studies have mainly focused on the definition of teachersundefined educational scientific research ability,the structural elements of teachersundefined educational scientific research ability,the present situation and influencing factors of teachersundefined educational scientific research ability,and the cultivation of teachersundefined educational scientific research ability,etc.However,there are few theoretical achievements of educational research in rural Hope primary schools,and the research on strategies to improve the educational scientific research ability of primary school teachers is not systematic enough.Based on this,this study is based on the existing research on the situation of primary school education in rural areas,combined with the actual situation of rural Hope Primary School,and selected Huichang County Hope Primary School as the object of investigation.A questionnaire survey and an interview survey were conducted on the situation of educational scientific research in Huichang County.The basic situation of educational scientific research in Hope Primary School in Huichang County was understood in detail,and the problems in teachers,schools and management of educational scientific research in Hope Primary School in Huichang County were analyzed.The main reasons are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.It was found that education scientific research management of rural Hope Primary School in Huichang county was not standard,and there were insufficient ability and internal motivation of teachers to participate in education research.Last but not the least,there was insufficient guarantee and external support for teachers to participate in education research.The reasons include subjective factors,such as the deviation of teachersundefined attitude and understanding towards educational scientific research,the insufficient attention paid by schools to educational scientific research and training,etc.There are also objective reasons,such as poor rural economic base,rural hope primary school teachers construction lags behind.For this reason,this study puts forward the following suggestions:first,to strengthen the cognition of educational scientific research,to perfect the management mechanism,to provide the system and mechanism guarantee for the development of educational scientific research in rural hope primary schools;second,to establish a correct attitude towards educational scientific research.Improve teachersundefined educational scientific research level,guide teachers to correctly understand the essence of educational scientific research,be able to grasp the key points in their work,abandon old ideas,establish a sense of cooperation,third,strengthen the awareness of educational scientific research,In order to create a good environment for the development of scientific research in primary school education in rural areas,it is necessary,first of all,to enhance the principalundefineds awareness of scientific research,secondly to "reduce the burden" for teachers,and then to improve the conditions of scientific research in school education. |
