Since global financial crisis and economic crisis broke out in 2008,the speed of China’s economic development is quite different from that of the past,so that China’s economy has entered a new normal.Under the "new normal",industrial upgrading and structural optimization become the main theme of China’s economic development.In this situation,the enterprise has higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of talents.However,the curriculum of secondary vocational education in China has not fully adapted to the changes of internal and external environment under the "new normal".This makes it difficult to keep up with the requirements of the new situation for the talents trained by secondary vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth study on the curriculum construction of secondary vocational schools under the "new normal",in order to find effective strategies for curriculum construction so as to promote the development of secondary vocational schools in china.Firstly,this paper expounds the meaning and characteristics of China’s "new normal",and makes an analysis of the requirements of "new normal" to secondary vocational education.On this basis,this paper discusses the specific problems existing in the secondary vocational curriculum under the "new normal".Secondly,in order to research the strategy of secondary vocational school curriculum construction under the "new normal",this paper makes an empirical study on the curriculum construction of Panzhihua Economic and Tourism School.Finally,this paper puts forward the specific strategies of curriculum construction of secondary vocational education under China’s "new normal".Due to the design and arrangement of the curriculum content and form of secondary vocational education in our country,it is difficult to adapt to the new changes of talent requirements under the "new normal",which has caused great shortage in the cultivation of talents.Therefore,strengthening and improving the curriculum construction of secondary vocational colleges is of great significance and value for the development of the school,the career of the students and the development of China’s economy.We believe that the strategies of curriculum construction for secondary vocational proposed in this paper has certain guidance and reference significance.to promote the development of secondary vocational education in China...
