With the rapid development of our society,the disadvantages of the sub-education mode adopted by our primary education gradually emerged.Gradually,the basic education has become increasingly demanding for the overall quality of primary school teachers.In 2014,the Ministry of Education promulgated the“Opinions on Implementing a Plan of Excellence in Teacher Training5',which explicitly put forward the reform method of primary school to train primary school teachers for all types of subjects.Under the general background of generalized teacher training,how to set up the curriculum and then construct the curriculum system of primary education which is suitable for the current development of basic education has a research value both in theory and in practice.This article mainly uses the method of literature analysis,interview investigation and so on,chooses two universities of Hunan province as the survey object because of their excellence in undergraduate education.According to the training plan of the two universities and the data obtained from the investigation,the author first re-interprets the connotation and meaning of "general-type teachers education" and on the basis of grasping the meaning of general teachers,we analyzed the professional qualities that should be possessed,that is,not only the general professional qualities of elementary teachers,but also the special professional qualities of "general" teachers——specialized in one subject along with multiple capabilities and comprehensive teaching ability,and attempts to find out the value of cultivating general primary school teachers.Secondly,it analyzes the training programs of primary education in two undergraduate colleges,combined with interviews,.it is found that there are problems in the establishment and implementation of general-type teachers in the curriculum setting and implementation of primary and secondary education majors,which include the lack of curriculum structure and arrangement,course implementation is mainly indoctrination,the excessive quantification of curriculum evaluation,and so on.The main causes of these problems are:First,there are misunderstandings of general teachers;second,the quality of teachers:in primary education majors needs to be improved;third,the colleges and universities themselves are not folly prepared and the conditions are not perfect;and fourth,the restrictions imposed by the qualification system of teachers and the entrance examination on subjects.Finally,the comprehensive research results of the previous period put forward the ideas for the curriculum setting of the primary education major:one is to handle several pairs of relationships in the course setting;the second is to clarify the training objectives of the general teacher;third is to scientifically plan the course structure and curriculum contents;Fourth,it is to promote the implementation of the curriculum;Fifth,it is to explore the comprehensive dynamic curriculum evaluation mechanism of general teachers,in order to open up the path for the training of general teachers.
