| With the continuous improvement and development of basic education in China,the form of basic education and teaching in China has gradually moved to the class system and the small class teaching.The training of general practitioner has become an inevitable trend of global education development.The training of general class primary school teachers in rural areas is the key content of building high-quality teachers in basic education in China.In 2012,the Ministry of Education issued "on vigorously promoting the construction of rural compulsory education teachers’ opinions",put forward the training and supplement "going down,stay well done" with high overall quality of the teachers of the school orientation in rural areas,and take a series of special enrollment form,to expand the scale of Training School Bilingual Teachers as well as sound,body,beauty and other practice courses and primary school teachers in the whole.In 2014,"on the implementation of teacher excellence training plan views" and the 2015 "village teacher support plan(2015-2020)" are pointed out to cultivate a group of competent task multidisciplinary teaching primary school outstanding primary school teachers,take training "directional ways other" rural teachers and other requirements.At the same time,the primary school teachers in the rural areas of Yunnan province have the problems of serious loss and low comprehensive quality.The real needs of primary school in rural areas of Yunnan Province,teachers and national policies based on the analysis this paper expounds the causes of the development of the status quo and problems of type of primary school teachers in rural areas of Yunnan province and corresponding countermeasures by using the method of literature,questionnaire and interview etc.Specifically,the thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly describes the research background,significance,methods,ideas,literature review,core concept definition,theoretical basis and innovation and deficiency.The second part mainly investigates the development status of the general family primary school teachers in the rural area of L County in Yunnan province through questionnaires and interviews,and finds out the problems in the development of the general primary school teachers in rural areas through the status quo,so as to lay the foundation for further research.The third part is based on the second part of the research results.According to the interview record,we try to analyze the causes of the problems in the development of general primary school teachers in rural areas of Yunnan.The fourth part is to analyze the current situation and the reasons of the general family primary school teachers in Yunnan rural area,and try to find out some suggestions and Countermeasures to solve these problems. |
