A Study On The Teaching Management Of Adult Continuing Education Correspondence Sites

Adult correspondence teaching sites have achieved rapid developme nt under the background of the development of adult continuing educatio n,Various colleges and universities have also established a large number of correspondence teaching sites to expand teaching scale.At present,there are still a large number of correspondence education sites in China.which contact adult students with colleges and universities.They are responsible for ideological education,knowledge transfer,and teaching management of adult learners,and have trained many talents for social development.However,due to the fact that each correspondence teaching site is far from the headquarters of the university and the management is limited,there are certain differences in the guiding ideology,the conditions for running schools,the management standards,and the characteristics of the students in correspondence teaching sites.Therefore,there are certain problems in teaching management and teaching quality.This article mainly through the literature method,investigation method,case analysis method and other research methods,to H University Correspondence teaching site and its students as the object of investigation.Correspondence teaching sites have the characteristics of teaching opening up,service convenience,management intensive,etc.However,at the present stage,the number of correspondence teaching stations has reached a certain degree of saturation,and the threshold for setting up permission thresholds is low.The teaching problems have arisen at the historic moment and cannot be ignored.The study finds that there are problems in the teaching quality of correspondence instructional sites,such as unclear school running characteristics,lack of motivation for students,and backward construction of teaching staff.In teaching management,there is a problem that teaching process cannot be implemented and teaching evaluation system is not perfect.There are many reasons for the above problems.From the perspective of the orientation of education,there are deviations in the positioning of correspondence teaching sites and the reasons for non-standard curriculum settings.From the perspective of social environment,there are utilitarian objectives and lack of legal policies for students’ learning objectives.Insufficient investment in teaching resources,etc.From the point of view of the construction of the teaching management system,there are reasons why the daily management of the teaching is lax and the management system is backward.To solve the above problems faced by the current correspondence teaching site,it is necessary to coordinate and improve various aspects such as running universities,correspondence teaching sites and social governments.Firstly,the host colleges should make clear the orientation of education,set up a reasonable station,and improve the teaching evaluation system;the second correspondence instructional site should update the teaching philosophy,realize scientific management,and improve the teaching quality management mechanism;finally,the government considers gradually reforming the education system,strengthening policies and regulations,etc.To promote the healthy and sustainable development of correspondence teaching sites.
