Investigation And Analysis Of Sports Training Industry In Hunan Province

Nowadays,the sports industry is known as the emerging industry and the health industry.In many countries,it is also known as the“sunrise industry,w and it has become a pillar industry in the developed countries and an important part of the national economy.With the establishment and improvement of China's socialist market economy,the improvement of the people's economic level,the continuous deepening of reforms in sports policies and other favorable factors,the birth and development of China's sports industry have been spawned.The sports training industry is a very important part of the sports industry and it is particularly important to conduct research on its business.With the increasing demand for sports consumption,the sports market is also growing and sports training is favored by the public.However,at this stage,China's understanding of the status quo of the industry of sports training is not too clear,lack of systematic theoretical guidance and corresponding data reference.This article takes 120 profit-earning sports training institutions,enterprises,and sports schools in Hunan Province as the research objects,and conducts in-depth research on the total output,value-added,employment,and proportion of the GDP of the sports industry.The problem,analyze its causes.For the province's constraints in the development of the industry to propose its solutions or countermeasures,and for the future development of the province's sports training industry and the national sports training industry to provide a reference for the development of norms.In this paper,using the research methods of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics,conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall status quo of Hunan's sports training industry is basically the same as the economic development situation of our province,showing the trend of "high in the east and low in the west".The scale of development in the province' s sports industry is small,accounting for only 5.94%of the GDP of the sports industry.However,the overall level of sports training in our province is slightly better than the national average.(2)The level of economic development,the setting of venues,the lack of competition,and the scarcity of physical training personnel are important factors that restrict the development of the sports training industry in Hunan Province.(3)The current number of sports training institutions in Hunan Province is relatively small,and the province is basically in a situation of"unbalanced distribution of South,North and North".The distribution of training institutions in our province is irrational,and the number of training institutions in economically developed regions is relatively small.(4)The connection between the sports industry and the sports training market is not closely related,mainly reflected in the unreasonable structure of the sports industry and sports training market;the unbalanced development between the sports industry and the sports training market;sports training financing channels are single,and the capital operation ability is low.etc.(5)The local government of Hunan Province has seen a lot of management and fragmentation in the management system of the sports training industry,and the mechanism for accessing and nurturing the main body of the sports training market has not yet been established.
