"Key competencies " is a new concept in the field of education,achieving this goal in the school education must be implemented to the various disciplines teaching.Therefore,many experts combine the characteristics of the history discipline on the basis of key competencies and put forward the core accomplishment of the history discipline.Therefore,how to achieve this goal in history teaching system has become the top priority.Take the People’s Education Press high school history Required Two "Roosevelt’s New Deal" for example,using action research method to try to realize the key competencies of historical discipline for the target design and reflection on history teaching.Through the method of literature summary studies of key competencies and the key competencies of historical discipline research,accumulated the related theoretical basis,and realized the current academic research focus has shifted away from the connotation of the key competencies and the key competencies of historical discipline into how to achieve the goals in history teaching practice.The course of the "Roosevelt’s New Deal" is selected to make the teaching design which use the key competencies of historical discipline for teaching objectives and practice in the teaching school.Using the method o f action research and interview,reflect on the practice.Based on the practice concluded that: reasonable setting of the classroom teaching goal based on the key competencies of historical discipline is the premise to realize the key competencies of historical discipline.At the same time,the key competencies of historical discipline training should stick to the subject status of students in classroom teaching.And that should not be ignored is cultivating the key competencies of historical discipline sho uld be built around the classroom teaching difficult points,and attention to the cultivation of basic knowledge.While the form of the key competencies of historical discipline are the students’ development goals,but also will continue to promote teachers to strengthen the knowledge reserved,promote professional development.
