Research Of The Present Problem And Countermeasures Of Red Cross Resources Mobilization In H County

Under the background of new socialist economy development,the local Red Cross plays an indispensable role in the perspectives of providing and preparing disaster relief,accurate poverty alleviation,rescue and relief,and many other fields of humanitarian aid,which makes remarkable contribution to resolve social issues for the government.Red Cross is leading other non-governmental organizations in social relief work.Resource mobilization,in other words,is the ability to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole social resources.To some extent,both the Red Cross's publicity of spirit humanitarian,fraternity and dedication and work of three kinds of relief require its resource mobilization.However,under the rapid development of market economy,Red Cross at various levels is gradually dealing with a series of issues,such as poor credibility,excessive government intervention,narrow approaches to organize,and inactive consciousness in the process of resource mobilization.With the emergence of this a series of problems,resource mobilization difficult has become a critical obstacle of the development of Red Cross at various levels.Based on the study of resource mobilization in H County Red Cross committee as well as the reference of related theoretical results and the daily work of documents at home and abroad,this essay studies the environment,present situation and existing problems of resources mobilization in H County Red Cross by adopting methods of literature research,comparative study and field survey,and find out its development obstacles in order to provide the efficient experiences and theoretical support for Red Cross at domestic levels.Through a series of analysis,it is found that the lacking for motivation,the imperfect supervision mechanism and the insufficient promotion are all inclusive in the main reasons for the resource mobilization difficulties.Finally,this essay offers some constructive suggestions from the three perspectives of perfecting the mechanism of Red Cross at the county level,improving the mobilization capability and strengthening the development of public resources and provides reference for further study of Red Cross resource mobilization.
