Due to the remoteness and backward economic development,the development of school sports in the old revolutionary areas is in a weak position,and the lack of school sports resources makes the development of school sports face many restrictions.The fundamental reason is that the school sports development is not supported enough,but on the other hand,the government,social organizations,enterprises and caring people outside the school have resources and have the intention to help the school develop,then how to establish a smooth communication mechanism and mobilize more resources and support in the external environment of the school is an effective way to solve the dilemma of school sports development.Based on the theory of resource mobilization and the results of actual investigation,this paper considers that resource mobilization includes six elements: the subject,object,basis,content,technology and result of resource mobilization.The main line of research on “how to mobilize”,“mobilize what”,“how to mobilize” and “how to effect”,analyze the process of external resource mobilization in the development of sports in revolutionary old districts,and explore the strategies adopted to interact with the government,enterprises,social organizations and individuals,hoping to provide practical guidance for more schools in the old district and to obtain more resources for the development of school sports.The basis of resource mobilization includes three aspects: policy orientation,trust and demand;the mobilization content can be divided into four categories: government resources,social organization resources,enterprise resources and personal resources;the mobilization method mainly includes organizational mobilization techniques,participation mobilization techniques,media mobilization techniques and volunteer mobilization techniques;mobilization results can be assessed in terms of the number of resources,quality,and meeting school needs.Through analysis,it is found that the process of resource mobilization in the revolutionary old district schools has the following problems: The school relies too much on the government and lacks the initiative consciousness of resource mobilization;there are obvious differences between schools and Matthew effect exists in resources;resource mobilization technology is single,and the level of specialization is not high;lack of resources to mobilize media,communication channels are not smooth;lack of effective supervision,there is a mismatch between supply and demand.In the future,schools can start to optimize from these aspects: build brands,change concepts,improve the level of resource mobilization technology,establish and improve corresponding supervision mechanisms,and explore the network resource mobilization model under multi-agent alliance,through the benign interaction with the government,social organizations,enterprises,and individuals to enhance feelings,integrate multi-party resources,and promote the development of school sports.
