Life education is an educational activity to help students understand life,cherish life,respect life,love life,improve the survival skills and quality of life.Ideological and moral courses are the subject of moral education with the aim of cultivating qualified citizens,with the characteristics of ideological,humanistic,practical and comprehensive.The life education explored in this article is based on the nature of Ideological and moral education,and carries out life education for junior middle school students based on Ideological and moral lessons.Junior middle school is the period that students' self-awareness is increasing,and it is also the most favorable period for students to carry out life education.Life education in junior middle school is mainly to enable students to establish a sense of life,enable students to feel the variety of life and feel the meaning of life,so that students can learn to view life correctly,learn to enjoy life,and live the wonderful life.In the process of writing,the research methods of literature research and case analysis are adopted.Based on systematically combing the research results of life education thoughts and theories at home and abroad,the life education in the ideological and moral course has been systematically explored.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the outline of the basic theory.It mainly defines life,life education and life education in Ideological and moral lessons,and discusses the characteristics and necessity of implementing life education in Ideological and moral lessons.The second part is the analysis of the problems and causes of life education in Ideological and moral lessons,mainly from the three aspects of teachers,students and society,and expounds the causes of the problems.The third part is the Countermeasures of the implementation of life education in Ideological and moral education,mainly from the teaching idea,teaching content,teaching methods,students' learning enthusiasm and school,family and society together five aspects analysis,provide feasible suggestions for the implementation of life education.The fourth part is the teaching example of life education in Ideological and moral lessons.Taking the lesson of "wonderful life alive" as an example,through specific teaching links,it shows the empirical study of this paper.
