Life education,just as its name implies,is the education about life.Life education now is not so perfect because the study of it has just begun.In recent years,the problems which are caused by the missing of life education become more and more serious.Therefore,strengthening life education is very imminently.Ideological and moral lesson is the main carrier of moral education in primary school,so ideological and moral lesson must include life education.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part,the meaning of life education is explained.The second part,the author analyzes the theoretical basis and practical necessity of life education in ideological and moral lesson.The author analyzes the life theories of Marxism,Chinese traditional life theories and the life theories in western.After analyzing other people's opinions on life education,the author puts forward her own understanding of life education.The author analyzes the practical necessity of life education from four parts — subject objective and subject characteristics;basic education curriculum reform;quality education and healthy growth of students.The third part,author analyzes the problems of life education in ideological and moral lesson.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward the measures on enhancing life education in ideological and moral lesson.
