Research On The Application Of Goal Orientation Theory In Junior Middle School Physical Education

Junior middle school physical education is responsible for improving the physical health of junior middle school students,but because of the current teaching conditions,teaching methods and teaching tasks and many other factors,improving the effect of junior high school students is not obvious.Especially in the rapid development of sports science today,more and more scholars and teachers pay attention to sports psychology,achievement goal orientation theory is a hot topic in psychology.In today's world,many applied psychologists have begun to explain the individual's achievement motivation from the perspective of social cognition and intelligence.They believe that human achievement motivation is not derived from the objective reality generally,but from people's interpretation,people's practical action by social cognitive factors,social cognitive factors determine the individual's behavior.Goal orientation theory is one of the three pillars of social cognitive theory,it has a better and mature theoretical system,and is dominated in the study of contemporary movement motives.The theory focuses on the motivation and maintenance of individual intrinsic motivation.Based on the review of the existing research on the theory of goal orientation,this paper uses 60 kinds of methods such as literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to the second grade of Xieqiao Middle School in Changshu City Students for the experimental subjects 32 hours of teaching experiments,through the experimental class and the control class physical fitness,football technology for experimental analysis.First of all,this paper in theory on the origin of the goal of the theory of origin,construction,the impact of individual motivation and should have the teaching environment and other aspects of the in-depth study,theoretically proved that the goal of orientation theory applied to physical education.And then it analyzes the teaching experiment data structure from the three aspects of target orientation test,physical quality test and soccer technology test.Finally,the teaching experiment data structure is analyzed statistically.The results show that the results of the experimental class should be better and the control class,in the teaching process to develop individual achievement goals orientation can form a more excellent classroom atmosphere,promote individual learning desire,strengthen individual learning motivation.Therefore,the achievement goal orientation theory not only applies to junior high school physical education,but also for other professional teaching to provide valuable reference.
