With the development of society and the renewal of education concepts,“what kind of people are cultivated and how to train people” has always been a fundamental issue in party and national education.Based on fundamental issues,education should focus on the development of students' core qualities,so that students will be able to develop new knowledge and exercise new abilities according to job requirements in the future.This ability is inseparable from the good learning habits of early education,especially in the primary school stage where the compulsory education has just been adopted.The study found that the good habits in primary school mathematics learning can significantly affect the overall learning status of students,and "careless" in mathematics learning is an important manifestation of students' bad habits.In this regard,primary school students in mathematics learning "careless" phenomenon as the research focus,respectively,to propose solutions.Through studying the literature,this article first summarizes the universality of the "careless" phenomenon in mathematics learning,analyzes its seriousness,and proposes the necessity of overcoming the "careless" phenomenon in mathematics learning.It also addresses the issue both domestically and internationally.The research was reviewed.According to Piaget's theory of cognitive development learning,constructivist learning theory,phenomenological theory,relying on the characteristics and laws of mathematics learning,starting from the three links of mathematics learning,conducting interviews and surveys,and comparing and analyzing the survey results.The reasons for the “careless” phenomenon came to the conclusion that the case of reuse was used to explain the problems in the student's specific learning process,and a scientific and feasible strategy for overcoming “careless” was proposed based on the investigation results and the specific case of the student.Based on research and analysis,the conclusion is drawn that students have unhealthy learning habits and psychological misunderstandings in the three stages of mathematics learning,which has led to the emergence of "careless" phenomena.The reasons are as follows:(1)The initial part of mathematics learning: The careless personality,the interest in mathematics learning are not strong,the speed is not fast and the numbers are too small to beignored.(2)Intermediate links in mathematics learning: Do not follow the scientific principles of mathematics,examine problems carefully,ignore the process of analyzing problems,skip important thinking processes,mix mathematical formulas,do not neatly work on the writing of digital symbols,disorganize and revise,and omit intermediate processes.(3)Follow-up links in mathematics learning: Emotional stress in exams,confusion in mathematical formulas,inertial thoughts,and non-response questions.Finally,according to the above conclusions and case studies,this paper proposes ten countermeasures for the characteristics and rules of the three links in primary school mathematics learning,which helps the primary school students to overcome the "careless" habits of mathematics learning.
